Hannah lives in Tāmaki Makaurau and has three awesome children, Canaan, Josiah, and Psalm and a needy dog, Finn. Their whānau papakainga is on ancestral lands in Tūrangi, where Hannah and her parents often facilitate experiences for people who wish to engage with the question of what it means to be people of Aotearoa.

Passionate about the restoration and flourishing of indigenous people to their God-given identity, Hannah is Poupuāwai for a whānau-based company Kaea, and shares the role of Kaikōkiri with Ngā Wai Hōhonu Charitable Trust. She is an Adjunct Teaching Fellow for Venn, focussed on integrating elements of te aō Māori through the educational contexts and helping to foster Venn’s engagement with Tangata Whenua.
